IADT-San Antonio's graphic design program chair Juan Ramos is taking the stage at an upcoming art exhibition in more ways than one.

Ramos' work will be featured in the Museo Alameda's new exhibit, "Manuel Castillo: The Painting of a Community," a tribute to the late founder of San Anto Cultural Arts and its Westside Mural Project that also includes past and present muralists who have used their talents to beautify and brighten the Westside.

As part of the opening night reception from 6 to 10 p.m. on March 31, Ramos also will perform in two of the bands providing the evening's entertainment. Good luck, Juan!

For those who'd like to attend, the exhibit is at Museo Alameda, 101 South Santa Rosa in San Antonio. There is no charge for the event, which is open to the public.
