IADT-Sacramento Students Design T-Shirts to Benefit Komen Race for the Cure

February 20, 2012 IADT General, IADT Sacramento, Fashion Design 1 Comments

IADT-Sacramento  students are busy creating designs to benefit the Sacramento Valley Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Students in our Fashion Design & Merchandising, Graphic Design and other programs are creating one-of-a-kind T-shirts that will be showcased in a “Rock the Race” fashion show May 5 at the Arden Mall. The designs will then be auctioned off on race day, May 12, at Cal Expo, with all proceeds going to the Komen Race for the Cure.

Students still interested in participating can attend the next T-shirt workshop on March 8 – see  fashion design & merchandising instructor Esther Amato for more information or email her at eamato@iadtsacramento.com.

Check out some of the fantastic designs completed so far below!
