Adam Mager, a senior in the BFA Graphic Design program at IADT-Seattle, took home an unprecedented 12 awards in the Student Division of the recent ADDY Awards ceremony in Seattle.
His awards included two Golds and 10 Silvers in the categories of Packaging, Poster Campaigns, Editorial Design Spread and Series, Direct Marketing, Mixed Media Campaign and Logos. (See some of his winning work below.)
The judges for the event included creative directors from Brand Excellence, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, G2, Designkitchen, and Anomaly NYC. George Riddell of BIGHOUSE Production, a sponsor and co-chair of the ADDY Seattle event, told Adam, “You should be very proud of your accomplishments and enjoy tonight, as this will be great exposure for you and IADT Seattle.”
Adam's Gold and Silver winners will automatically forward to the NW District Student ADDY competition (covering five states), where they will be judged again with local winners from those clubs. District results will be announced soon.
